What was once a disrupted floor plan became a contiguous flow of living space both indoors and to the outdoors. There was no circulation in the home and each room had a feel so different than the next. Our goal was clear, create a livable flow for everyday life and entertaining, while honoring the architecture of the surrounding area. We created two central axis that the home would grow from, the entry hallway and the central sitting room between kitchen and dining rooms. The exquisite craftmanship and rich finish choices are displayed throughout the home, creating a level of luxury and classic architectural detail that feels grounding and welcoming.
